You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for information submitted through your device or account and for keeping access credentials secure.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to use Monira for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

Do not reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the service
Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack permission to process
Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights
Do not attempt to bypass limits or security controls

Receipt data and automated extraction

You retain responsibility for receipt images and expense information you submit. Automated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Review merchant, date, tax, currency, totals and line items before relying on them.

Monira does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Exports and categories are organizational tools and should be reviewed by you or a qualified adviser.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monira is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. Current products and prices are displayed by the App Store before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through App Store settings before the renewal date. Apple handles billing, cancellation and eligible refund requests under its terms.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be added or be discontinued. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

Monira, the website, software, visual design and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or brand.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that cannot be reasonably provided for automated receipt processing and third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Local law may give you rights that these terms cannot limit.

Termination and changes to these terms

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms. We may update these terms and will revise the date shown above.
