Information you provide

When you use Monira, you may provide receipt photos, expense details, categories, notes, group information and account or support details. Receipt content can include merchant, date, amount, tax, tip and line items.

Do not scan documents containing information you do not have permission to process.

Information collected automatically

The app and website may collect device identifiers, product interaction, purchase history, diagnostics, crash data and performance data. The public App Store privacy disclosure describes the categories associated with the distributed app.

This website initializes Mixpanel analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We configure website analytics not to send IP addresses to Mixpanel. You can decline analytics without losing access to the website.

How information is used

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers for cloud hosting, receipt processing, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting and customer support. They process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

The app’s App Store privacy label indicates that identifiers, usage data and diagnostics may be used for tracking. Review the current App Store disclosure for the latest platform-level summary.

Storage, retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the product. Retention can differ by data type and account status.

No security method is perfect. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also control photo permissions, analytics consent and subscription settings through your device and App Store account.

Children and international processing

Monira is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their country. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
